Where is best place for documentation? #15

Where is the best place to put additional documentation? Is http://dpm.readthedocs.org still in use (it has references to old python version) or should any new documentation go into the README file?

@mchelen the README - i should take down the dpm.readthedocs or move it to something more correctly named (like dpm-deprecated ...)
