Remove "Stop on first error" option on try.goodtables.io #294

This option is only useful if the dataset is so big that it takes a long time to check it completely, so by stopping on the first error you have a quicker feedback cycle. This will never be the case on try.goodtables.io, as it has a pretty low row limit, so we should remove it.
