Could you please clarify your suggestion?

Asking because tableschema-go already follows the instructions described by the PackagePublishing link and it is a valid/published package (it is actually used by 3 public github projects).

Some of the benefits of keeping tableschema-go on github:

It carries out the name frictionlessdata on its import path
It is already indexed by godoc.org
It has a neat release support, which is already supported by dependency management tools like dep and glide and by the new go modules command added at go 1.11
One can easily find the issue tracker by looking at the package name
Same above also happens about contributions (last Hacktoberfest we've got contributions!)
