Changes made in this PR:

[x] support binary format for string type
[x] number type
- [x] support percent
- [x] support exponent
- [x] support special values:
  - NaN: not a number
  - INF: positive infinity
  - -INF: negative infinity
[x] add year type
[x] add yearmonth type
[x] add duration type
[x] add topojson format to geojson type
