Front: Important rework needed

According to this issue => Refractor repo, the frontend need an important rework to.

Points to work ->

[x] Remove DaisyUI (DaisyUI is very beautiful but most of useful components are missing or not easy to use 😭)
[x] Remove TailwindCSS (Tailwind is an insane framework but he need very large work to setup/maintain components correctly)
[x] Use MUI to minimize work of frontend (with customs themes of course, to make components looks like DaisyUI maybe 🤔)
[x] Use shared package to sync interfaces/types etc
[x] Most of dependencies are useless ? (react-hot-toast, redux ?, react-responsive-carousel ?, react-transition-group)
[x] Rework services and main app to avoid useless multiple re-renders
[x] Rework all commands and sort dependencies (cross-env is useless as prod dependency).
[x] Clean CSS and SVGs
[x] Add translations
