Project is growing and some parts need to be shared between apps, so a refractor is needed to avoid repeat af apis/interfaces/types etc

Packages to extract ->

[x] Docker api
[x] Interfaces/types/Constants
[x] Linters configurations (Eslint, Tsconfig, Prettier etc)
[x] Logger

Important points ->

[x] Remove concurrently ~~Add FPL as package, FPL is an api important part for plugins's front~~
