Material design across Activities #93

Incorporate material design behaviors, colors, and elements across the entire app. This will enhance the overall look and feel of the app.

Some Activities that could be updated:

Control Panel

[ ] The big image buttons in the control panel should have ripple and elevation

Trips

[ ] The trip cards should look much simpler and less cluttered with text
[ ] Prevent the trips list from cropping before bottom of screen (see here)
[ ] Materialize "Return" and "Map" buttons in trip dialog

Local Places

[ ] Each pin should be compressed to take up less space (perhaps a list view?)
[ ] Materialize "Cancel" and "Create" buttons in create pin dialog

Create a Trip

[x] Materialize input fields (see here)
