reordering the project for new contributors #35

Hi, when you check the First Guide for people who is learning about Thunderbird Add-ons, I think it makes more sense to reorder the project like this:

-background (Maybe in future?) -compose (Maybe in future?) -options/options -browser/popup static/hello (Stuff that is not really needed as addon and won't change too much) -experiments/experiments
