User Story

As an engineer, I would like a tool that can break down complex queries into manageable sub-queries so that the LLM agent can process them accurately.

Detailed Description

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Given a user query is input into the tool, then the tool should output a list of sub-queries.
• [ ] Given sub-queries are processed by the LLM agent, then the agent should be able to integrate the results to form a coherent response.
