Cannot mass-assign dkp in a party #10

I wasn't entirely clear how to get a listing of party members from the API docs. Can probably figure it out with some work.

This isn't really very desirable, of course. So... forget it.

Right now this would cause more problems than it solves (since it doesn't solve any). Forget to end the raid and kill a 5-man boss? Oops, DKP successfully granted. Right now it'll try, but find there are now raid members and thus not actually do anything.
