On a 0 bid, under reset conditions... nothing happened! #31

This is obviously wrong. I think I just ignored 0 bids originally to avoid pointlessly printing out that DKP didn't change, not thinking about the possibility of a reset.

Subtract DKP even on a 0. It might be a waste 99% of the time, but it should work properly on a RESET condition now as well.
