Since DBM is apparently horribly unreliable for new content (argh!) it would make sense to be able to fake out a boss death event. It should be pretty easy. I just wish I'd had it for this past Tuesday which I have yet to reconstruct the events for...

Added a manual boss kill trigger. Should work. Really simple.
