Use SSID to determine whether connection is Wifi or Ethernet #106

Is there anyway to do this? It would be useful when combined with osproxy to determine whether the current Wifi connection is connected to a proxy.

Sorry but node-wifi is meant to manage only wifi layer and nothing on top. I prefer to focus on hardware and multi-os challenges since there are already some many things to do.
