ci: split workflow in separated jobs #126

Description

For a better readibility in pull requests, the workflow is now renamed "test" and is splited in two jobs: lint and unit tests

Motivation and Context

Previous workflow config had been generated by github and was not very understandable

Usage examples

No impact on API.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested on CI

Types of changes

[ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
[ ] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
[ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
[x] Refactorization (non-functional change which improve code readibility)
