nconf is used by bin/wifi.js

This reverts commit 6400ef48c86a9172ce18374723baa2f0de9d21ee.

Sorry for the delay, in fact I definitively removed nconf. A require was present in /bin/wifi.js whereas it was totally useless. A new version has been published on npm
