Add SHA256 check for dev/rc images #168

We now store the latest sha256 of friendica/addons.

In case the latest sources are already in use, skip the download/checking process

@tianon Do you have an idea what's going wrong here? I retried it 3 times and everytime at least 1 alpine build is failing because of a DNS timeout during the gpg verification of gosu. I took the example for alpine from here: https://github.com/tianon/gosu/blob/master/INSTALL.md#from-alpine-37
