Add language filter for profile and servers #3

Since https://github.com/friendica/friendica/issues/6073 and https://github.com/friendica/friendica/issues/6074, a language attribute is available for profiles and servers.

We need to:

[x] add a language field to the profile and server tables (201edf2e4a204af45a65c933395cbef654d2f0ea)
[x] Set the field during polling (bc5a0fb5904286eeedd1e31a70a4dbb49c1936c6)
[x] Add a profile search filter (ff9eab39a7c25dc419e62fcd48c6338bc117fb44)
[ ] Add a server filter
