Use byjg/uri dependency instead of adding new URL-handling library #42

Haven't you got to add the dependency in some composer as well?

Yes, thanks, I also realized that when under the shower. It currently is imported through byjg/migration so it would work, but it's better if we declare it as a core dependency.
