Enhance: export of events to other networks #4115

The stream entries for Events that reach other networks need some improvements. See e.g. here, some HTML and some BBCode elements are included.

How do they look in GNU social?

Haven't tested that. But the problem was mostly the HTML2Markdown conversion.

In the RSS feed the exported event looks ok.

For the Atom/RSS feed export, I think if an event has a title set, that should be used instead of the "new note by" title. But that might be a general issue with the RSS feed?
