Wall post notification disappears without viewing post #776

Post something to someone's wall. A notification will appear for that person next to the home icon in the nav bar. However, the notification will disappear after about a minute, even if the post is not viewed (person is viewing e.g. connections page).

User error: forgot I was logged in on another computer
