Extract brunante and amical style, renaming the latter and uploading as separate packages to PyPI. This might help to solve some other related styling issues including using them to do syntax highlighting of input in iPython's console.

[x] Create repository and rename styles.
[x] Add as requirements
[x] have friendly use the new styles
[x] remove brunante and amical from repository
[x] Add information to documentation

Created separate repository (https://github.com/friendly-traceback/friendly_styles), renamed the styles to friendly_light and friendly_dark, and uploadd to PyPI.
