docker arm64 support #21

Could you please create docker image for arm64 architecture. Currently just amd64 is publicly available.

Honestly I have never dealt with arm64 and I lack the time to research the steps, at this time. Would you be willing to take that work off my hands and spoonfeed with the necessary information.

Sorry, I do not have the knowledge in Python nor in arm64. Meanwhile, I managed to implement similar feature using spring boot, so now I do not have a need to use your project anymore. Nevertheless, I suggest to leave this issue open, because many people use Immich with arm64. Maybe somebody can implement it.
