我检查了代码最后一个commit是我们当前使用的版本 commit 8c91d15ff7d106d0da37c23727b387c2d6883e8b

我用的wiki上的办法编译出来的sd固件无法启动，经过反复查验，我把官方固件的分区uboot.img提取出来，刷入我的SD卡中就可以了，现在，我删去了build.sh中build_all的build_uboot，然后把官方固件的uboot.img放在u-boot目录下编译就可以启动了。 我的系统是archlinux,其他都是按wiki https://wiki.friendlyelec.com/wiki/index.php/NanoPi_R5S/zh#.E7.BC.96.E8.AF.91_Openwrt.2FFriendlywrt 步骤编译的。
