Have created meeting Agenda/Notes template for Leadership meetings. Have also created a task tracking tool through Waffle from meetings. https://waffle.io/friendlycode/meeting-notes

Notes are being shared on Git https://github.com/friendlycode/meeting-notes . There are also instructions on how to participate. Also integrated into Slack's #meeting-notes channel.
