`/ct jeiReload` does not show progress bar

When I execute /ct jeiReload on modpack E2E-E my client screen just freezes and unresponding.

I profiled it with /sparkc command and could see that there is progress bar stepping, but I cant see any actual progress bar on screen.

Is it intended? Is it possible to turn progress bar on?
