Add mollie payment module #39

I'm able to complete / pay an order through a Mollie api test key.

Still needs some work. For example; when the payment fails and another attempt is made after being sent back to the confirm order step, the redirect URL needed by Mollie is missing.

Yes, it can be merged. I'll see if I can improve it but I'm not actively working on it (only when I have some free time)
