The PO reference field is a specific B2B request for many companies. The other one we almost always see along side the PO reference is the "Invoice Email Address" field, to be able to send the invoice to a different email address than the account's email address.
Since these two are closely related and oftentimes both used, maybe it would be an idea to add the Invoice Email Address field to this extension too and rename it to something that covers both, like magento2-hyva-checkout-b2b-fields?
