ScrutinizerCI: Move to a specific org account... #2

Scrutinizer is an awesome tool to validate the code quality. It was used on the previous org but we need to take the lead on the linked account.

I created a new scrutinizer org: https://scrutinizer-ci.com/organizations/friends-of-phpspec/repositories

Then we must ensure everything is configured :

[x] Verify the webhook is configured file
[x] Verify the .scrutinizer.yml file
[x] Verify the status is updated on every project update (PR, push...)
[x] Update the README with the badge
