fix services.yml #195

I'm sure about this tag "code-cleaning", too much tag is not a good idea but "dev" is too generic. What should we do ? add a tag in release drafter ? remove these tag ? add the "dev" tag to this PR ? @jf-viguier @nenes25 @Kaudaj @okom3pom ?

oki, j'ai fais une issue #197

Pour en revenir au sujet : la commande theme-reset était pas visible, elle avait pas le tag console.command.

Faudrait faire apparaitre cette info dans les infos de release. (il aurait fallu faire un PR en plus 😪 )
