Where people can say what they have on them and in their vehicle from a menu. Law enforcement can search from a menu.

you mean a menu to smuggle things like drugs, guns, and "dirty" money in any vehicle and all law enforcement can do a "search" in their menu with a % chance they will find the things a k9 unit makes the detection of drugs to 100%
