what does this do does this stop the random els stop working moments?

NO so what is happening is every id say 8 minutes els just stops working so we had to make a auto restarted every 5 minutes and it lags people. the lights just stay on until it restarts the resource https://forum.fivem.net/t/els-randomly-stops-working/195268 this guy has the same issue

@dexslab i am having a problem you say that to get the resource to work you have to build it in visual studio. and then you have to make a solution. but i dont know how to do it?
