validate the phone number #133

While creating an organisation, validate the phone number. don't allow to add strings

When creating organisation, phone number field is accepting only digits

Issue can be moved to done

@Savithamark please follow QA processes. When is an issue is in Done and assigned to the development team, it has to be moved to the appropriate stage if any relevant comments are to be made.
