Unfortunately, the following data is not available for download at https://www.bpb.de/politik/wahlen/wahl-o-mat/
It should be requested at the Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung, maybe with help from @didumdida from Wikimedia or the WDR, but only after a first prototype is ready, to show how the date will be used.
