Added Hotkey repeat overload #20

Useful for some hotkeys. I used it for floater radius.

Ayooo. help me find the offset for avGadgetArray. You know anything about that? based on this: http://gw2ca.recodesystems.com/group___agent.html it looks like an AgentBase is different from an AgentGadget, but i know that an AgentBase has GetCategory/GetType which would return AGENT_CATEGORY_GADGET or something like that. i've looked at the agent pointer and the 0x34 offset endless and have found no virtual function/members that would contain the gadget belonging to the event. do you even mess with this at all anymore?
