Merge slipcover-test-no-area into master #2

slipcover-test-no-area is a branch that contains a modified version of prolog/slipcover.pl. In this modified version a new pradicate called 'test_no_area' was added. 'test_no_area' returns a list containing the probabilities of all the test examples.
