Click through is not working on mid and post roll ads with the JW Player OAS

Actually, and ad notice are also not showing - looks to be something to do with 
the z-index?

also, on pre-rolls, the click through link does not cover the entire player if 
the 
main video is 848x352 and the preroll-video is 300x250. the clickthrough area 
seems 
to be around the top-left corner, whereas the video ad is centered. the black 
areas 
as well as most of the video ad aren't.

closing - tested with 0.5.0 RC2 JW 5.x OAS and all looks good - pre, mid and 
post click throughs all work.
