Alarm activities are not displayed anymore in Android 15 #602

1) The alarm activities are not shown anymore if PAssist is not in foreground. 2) If target SDK is changed to 35 (Android 15) the alarm activities are not shown at all ("Background activity launch blocked!")

These problems are caused by new BAL (Behavior-based Activity Launch) hardening changes of Android 15.
