17 featured drink menu #28

This implements most of the requests put in multiple GitHub issues.

What is implemented:

Drinks with a top pick tag get a star on their list entry
Drinks that are featured get a white star
Drinks that are personally recommended get gold star regardless of featured status
Admin menu allows featured tag to be easy added and removed from drinks
Backend updated to support addition and removal of arbitrary tags from a drink

What is NOT implemented:

Filtering of the home page based on featured drinks
Hiding of featured stars when filtered
