Ingredient reordering via arrows is broken for custom units with no entry in the units text field

This is a weird use case, so may not need to be fixed. Interesting behavior nonetheless. Screenshots showing issue below:

Original ingredients (before reordering):

After pressing the up arrow next to soda water line:

This happens regardless of the original order of the ingredients, and regardless of moving up or down.
