TIMELINE. Adding DOCTYPE to page with Timeline Interferes With Rendering #180

Adding a doctype declaration to a page (regardless of type - loose, strict,
etc) causes the timeline to render incorrectly. The page will validate as
proper markup but the rendering is messed up.
