TIMELINE. click "sticks" when dragging off the right side #183

When you click within the timeline window, then drag to the right, if you
release the mouse outside the timeline window, then re-enter the timeline
window, the mouse is still "clicked" and the timeline drags with the mouse
even though the button is not down. I observed two people confused by this
behavior even though it's simple to avoid. If it's possible to fix it would
be a great UI improvement.

Internet Explorer 6 and Firefox 2, Windows XP
