1.0.0 Release

Everything needed to push the 1.0 update of valorant.py, which should hopefully leave the library in a good state to cover all of the Valorant API with solid implementations.

• [x] Cover VAL-MATCH-V1 Endpoint
• [x] Refactor resource management and usage
• [x] Finish ClientCaller implementation
• [ ] Finish surface-level LocalClient Implementation
• [x] Enforce simplistic and minimal design across the library
• [x] Add API tests for Client, AccountDTO, etc.
• [x] Add utilities for MatchDTO (get_player(), get_round(), etc.)

OK, for anyone at all who might still care, I've been busy with school and community management, and as you can see, 1.0 has been on hiatus for months. But, after my SAT Exams and school work slowing down, I should be able to wrap this up by the end of March. Thanks 🎉
