How to select eid applet language ? #81

Hi Frank,

As my (official) application (Php Lightopenid) is open to various belgian users 
on the same pc(s), I had like to be able to select the eid applet language 
(between dutch, english (default), french and german). Is that already possible 
?

Dear Frank,

A first test of $_SESSION('language'), if exists, before testing the navigators 
language would enable multilingual applications just to work. Please consider 
this real conceptual issue as I cannot access your Javascript scripts myself.
