Added keywords for ~arm and ~arm64. #34

I tested compilation on embedded device (cubietruck) and work fine so I think it could go with ~arm and ~arm64 keywords.

I'm not sure about that ${CDEPEND} modification, but cmake was missing while rugged gem want it to compile.

About the DEPEND, I think I'll move it vom RDEPEND to DEPEND.
