Suggestion: add blame functionality #21

I've been using this for a number of months and really loving it!

The ultimate would be to add 'blame' functionality, it would be really nice
to be able to show (I guess only on the left side) teh last revision/date
that a particular line was changed. (even if it was 'click and calculate'
rather than displaying it all the time)

This would then making tracking a change (which is what I use it for)
easier - currently I use time-lapse-view and blame at the same time, using
blame to find the approx time it was changed and this viewer to actully
look at the changes. (in which case tick-makrs on the the revisions slider
would be exceptional)

Darn users always wanting more! I've my java wasn't so rusty would look
myself...
