change default part label location #1208

for big parts center the label both horizontally and vertically; for small parts, keep the label above the top but center it horizontally

Making label movable like in e.g. KiCad could be useful thing. Or at least make the labels stick closer to parts.

labels can already be moved. select the part (or the label) with a click. once the part is selected, its label is movable.

How does it work in KiCad?

The labels appear always at the top right corner and they can be moved. The big parts have the name of the part centred (f.ex. "ULN2003A") and the label is at the top right ("IC1"). I do not think the label should with the name of the part in big parts. It would break the consistency.

I think sometimes the label is placed a bit far from the part. Some screenshots should be added to see what could be done better.
