autorouter: consider beveling the 90 corners

Looks like a great improvement; nice work! I have a suggestion that I hope is as simple as I think it should be: 45 corners. It just looks better to have 45 degree routing. I don't know how difficult it would be to implement actual full 45 degree routing from the base you have established, but I believe it should be very simple to implement 45 degree cornering based on the Manhattan routing you already have. Seems to me that once something is Manhattan routed, it should be safe to 45 degree most of the corners; off the top of my head it seems that you should be able to avoid traces crossing in this process without much trouble. The only difficulty is if there is a component tucked into the corner, so I guess you would have to leave some corners at 90 degrees in that case. Perhaps it's not worth the trouble, but it would be prettier :). The new routing is already so much prettier than the old stuff though; thanks!
