homebrew: biggest via size, tht parts only autoroute to the bottom layer

professional: smallest via size, tht parts route either to top or bottom

custom: pick via size, choose tht routing layers, ...?

It seems like the default trace width is currently set to 0. It should default to whatever the default routing style dictates (e.g. homebrew => 24 mils).
