I think this would be nice, especially for schools. I'm thinking of basic battery-powered circuits, that illustrate how the various basic components work.

How about some logic circuits with 7400, 7408, 7474 . Is it possible to even have proper SPICE settings for them?

failiz commented 3 years ago

I was thinking in basic things like switches and LEDs, motors, potentiometers, use of the multimeter, etc. I also thought about logic gates, but one needs to find the models (with a license that allows us to redistrubute them). I guess that it could also be done a basic spice model with transistors, and I actually I found a example in the ngspice manual. We should try it, it should not take too much time. In any case, the simulation could be time consuming if we allow for transitory analysis...

There are a few in the simulator branch. Mark as solved?
