Cannot hide the "Lock" icons #1999

  1. Lock some items
  2. In the layer selector, choose to hide everything.
  3. Observe that the gray lock drawings are still there.

I think for coherence the locks should be allowed to be hidden, since the purpose of hiding layers is to improve the visibility.

For example the locks could be made a layer of their own that the user could unselect. Or the software could decide that for each component, when all of the layers that it uses are hidden (besides the lock), then hide the lock as well.

the lock icon should appear in the topmost visible layer of a part, and so should disappear when all the part's visible layers are hidden. Unfortunately this is a bit of work...

Still an issue in 0.9.6. In addition, the lock cannot be seen completely in the resistors on PCB view (needs to be on top of the layout). Remove imported label. Add UI
